How much training is required in order to administer CyberSetting?
Basic disabling of the filter for a specific workstation is very simple and will require only written instructions to quickly review and reference, or otherwise minutes of in-person training/review as part of reviewing general library/school internet access / filter policy. This is also true for modification of filter profiles, categories, and library/school specific blocked / non-blocked site lists. While these functions may be restricted to more limited staff, this does not require network or general IT system expertise.
