How much tooth bleaching gel is needed to bleach teeth?
Each tooth bleaching time need between 0.3ml and 0.5ml dental bleaching gel per tooth rail. That means between 0.6ml and 1ml for both upper and lower tooth row. In practice this means a small drop of gel to each tooth impression in the dental rail. The containers with the tooth whitening gel is graduated so you can easily see how much gel is used for each tooth bleaching.
