new suite = 350 materials = 150 tiles = 100 labour (5days @200per day) = 1000 sundries and accessories = 150 Total = £1750 (give or take depending on things like waste pipes, and how much tiling you want and whether you want a shower over the bath etc) There would then be a few hundred pounds to decomsission the downstairs bathroom and turn it into a normal room (plastering etc) where are you – I do this for a living – if you’re near west midlands I can quote you properly – drop me a mail.
