How much time will the staff person be away from the partnering institution for training?
The CCO training program involves regular Training Team meetings (for first-year staff only), three two-day Staff Seminars, and Summer Institute (one week at end of July), as well as our annual weekend conference for college students, Jubilee (in February). These training events are essential to the investment of the CCO in each staff person, and they also benefit the partnering institution.
