How much time should we allow between the ceremony and the wedding breakfast?

From the time you arrive at the reception from the church, or from the time the civil ceremony finishes, I personally suggest you allow one and a half hours before the start of either the receiving line or the wedding breakfast itself. This is also what most toastmasters recommend. This allows plenty of relaxing time for you with your guests, as well as completion of the photographs.
