How much time should NomCom members expect to allot to NomCom activities?
NomCom members are expected to be able to allot adequate time to read all materials and participate in regular conference calls. Additionally, NomCom members are expected to actively engage in individual recruitment activities, which may take variable amounts of time. NomCom members are expected to bring with them extensive personal networks from which to recruit highly qualified candidates–last year each NomCom member was expected to generate a minimum of 5 Statements of Interest.
