How much time should my child spend on homework each night?
• Homework is an integral part of every students educational program. The following guidelines will give you an idea of the approximate amount of time that can be dedicated towards homework. Grades 1, 2 & 3 should spend approximately 15 – 30 minutes 3 to 5 nights per week. Grades 4, 5 & 6 should spend approximately 30 – 60 minutes 4 to 5 nights per week.
