I’m not sure if I would cook cupcakes in a toaster oven. I would think they would burn. However, if you’re set on baking them, follow the directions for a regular oven, but watch them closely and check them often when they start to look like cupcakes. Open the oven and touch the tops, if they spring back, then they’re ready. If you aren’t comfortable touching the tops of them, you can stick a toothpick in the middle and if it comes out clean, then they’re ready.
