How much time outside of scheduled meetings & events will the JA Fellows require?
To get the most out of the program, in addition to the weekly sessions and occasional special events, students should expect to spend on average 1-2 extra hours per week. The key words are “on average”! Some weeks will require far less additional time than others. Activities such as selling stock & product or preparing for competitions will require more effort. Some of this work can be done individually within the confines of the student’s home, but some might require the student to meet up with others from their group.
