How much time must a Liberate team member commit?

All Liberate team members must work all shifts they are scheduled for, between 6-8 hours, for admission to the festival. Volunteers who work during the festival work one 6 hour shift or 2 three hour shifts. Volunteer shifts the day before or after the festival are 8 hours.
