How much time is required to fully charge the battery?
Charging time depends on the size and type of the Eco Easy Riders battery. The Li models can be fully charged in as low as 1 hour, depending upon the amount of discharge. A fully discharged Li model can take 5 hours to fully charge. There is no memory affect with the Li models Lithium Battery and they can be charged at any time. The SL models will require a charging time of 5 to 8 hours and should be charged after a 60% or more discharge. Smart chargers are used on all Eco Easy Riders and will automatically cease upon full charging, however all models should not be left on the charger for more than 12 hours due to excessive heating of the battery.
