How much time is needed before making a reservation?
From our experience we find our customers inquiring as early as a year ahead of time up until the actual day of an event. Most of our customers book 4-6 weeks before their event. We take last minute bookings when we can accept them but it can get quite busy around here, especially on Saturdays and holidays. For instance, if you want something on the 4th of July there is no way we will have an opening the day before because so many people are going to call before that. Our business plan is to rent out our equipment so we often must turn away last minute customers. This is not always the case, but we hope to stress how valuable it can be to reserve before the crowd. Additionally, we typically run a unique route each weekend for our deliveries. If your event seems fairly close (say Olathe) it might not seem so close if we’ve spent the last month making our reservations up by the airport or elsewhere in North Kansas City.
