The Rush and Initiation program can be time consuming (for more information on these please see the Rush and Initiation Overview section). Once you are a Brother the time you dedicate to the Fraternity depends on how involved you are. You are required to attend 80% of the Brotherhood meetings and 80% of your committee meetings. There are minimal other requirements during the semester, and of course if you choose to be a leader you will devote more time than regular Brothers. If you have further questions or concerns, please direct them to the Initiate Advisors, Stephanie Norris (stephanienorris@unc.edu) or January Clifton (january@email.unc.edu).
