How much time does the Colonix program demand?
In general, following the Colonix program is very easy and takes only a few minutes per day. Here’s an example of how it works: First thing in the morning, you take the Paranil capsules with a large glass of water. Wait 15 minutes and mix and drink the fiber supplement, following it with a full glass of pure water. Throughout the day, be sure to drink plenty of water to speed up the elimination of toxins. Otherwise, go about your everyday life as usual. Then, before bed, make yourself a cup of tea (which you only steep for a few minutes). That’s it – the entire program!
