Web pointing, MX pointing and FTP pointing updates are saved in our servers instantly and reflected in our DNS servers within 15 minutes. However, as domain IPs are cached by most ISPs, there is a DNS propagation delay involved in pointing updates. It may take upto 8 hours for external ISPs to recognize the change until their local DNS cache expire and their DNS servers relookup the DNS settings from our DNS servers.
