How much time does GruntWorx require to process a job?

In reviewing the application and speaking with current users, the processing time is in excess of 6 hours. During tax season, typically 12-24 hours. I have reviewed information included Copanion patents and The Document Imaging Report published on October 8, 2010 which indicates the long OCR processing time is the result of people physcially reviewing the OCR results. As a result, is this not considered "outsourcing"? In reading disclosure requirements, it appears I would need to provide AICPA disclosure to each of my clients.
