There is a three-year allowance for project completion under the Construction Grant Program. For applications submitted for FY 2008-08, projects must be completed by June 30, 2011. There is no allowance for extensions. If a project is not completed by that date, the State Library must request the return of any unexpended state money awarded for the project.
