How much time do I have to cancel a sedan or SUV reservation before getting charged for a no-show or cancellation fee and why?
• Cancellation fee: 24 hours before scheduled pickup time (If cancelling by E-mail, a 48 hours in advance is required). . • NO-SHOW: 5 hours before scheduled pickup time (If cancelling by E-mail, a 24 hours in advance is required). • Why? Once a booking is confirmed, a vehicle/driver is assigned/reserved 6 to 8 hours before scheduled pickup time. From this point, that vehicle/driver cannot be assigned to another job around the same time slot. Since we are in-advance reservations only, the reserved vehicle/driver will be left without assignment.
