For registration in the registration book in Turkey, the notarization is not necessary. You come directly to the land register of estate property registration where the reregistration takes place on your request. The notary usually participates only when concluding a treaty for project acquisition or on request of the reregistration service. The seller and buyer of the respective project undertake the payment for notary service.
