How much TaqMan® assay is needed per OpenArray™ plate?

The amount of TaqMan™ assay needed is dependent on the number of assays. For instance, for 64 assays against 48 samples, 27 µL of 20X TaqMan® reagent is required to create 20 OpenArray™ plates.
