Great question! Tasti D-Lite flavors range from 3-9 grams of sugar per 4 fluid ounce serving, with most flavors containing 5 grams or less per 4 fluid ounce serving. Two leading frozen yogurt brands publish 18-21 grams of sugar per 4 fluid ounce serving on their website. And one of the top ice cream brands lists 22 grams of sugar in a half cup serving for one of their popular flavors. So we stack up pretty well.
