How much square footage is normally available? Is it heated or unheated?
That’s a hard question. The only thing that is “constant” is that it varies. Call us to discuss your needs & we will describe areas that we feel will fit that need. If it does not appear that we are the best option, we will tell you, and perhaps give you a suggestion on another location. As far as cold or heated storage, the main facility maintains a 60 degree temperature, except for the offices. We have other “Stand Alone” warehouses, which give you the option of a cold or heated facility.
