How much spending money will 2 people need for two weeks in cancun,mexico all Inclusive?
I have a general rule when travelling: $150 per ‘travel day’ for 2 people, which I rarely spend (except on Duty-Free). Travel-days are the day you get there and the day you leave. $100 per person for 1 off-site excursion. After that, for an All Inclusive, I’ll only budget about $10/day/person, knowing that I won’t spend that on most days, but it’ll accumulate for 5 or 6 days then I can go spend 5 or 6 days’ worth. So, in summary: $300(2*150) + 200 (2*100) +280(10*2 *14) = $780 for 2 weeks. I would NOT take this money with me however, aside from travel-day money… at least down to the Cancun area, where ATM’s are everywhere, as mentioned above. Have fun!!!
