How much space does an average music cd have?
It really depeneds on how you make a cd. If you make it the standard way, that is standard audio cd, then they will only let you have 80 min of music. This is no where near the potential. Remeber an average song is somewhere between 3 and 4mb. But if you are making an mp3 cd, you can use the full cd. This will allow you to use the whole 700 mb which will put you at around 180 songs per disk. However, a lot of cd players wont read mp3 cds, i suggest you try though, because mp3 cds are great!!! If you have an aftermarket stereo in your car, it will even display the name of the song on the screen. Very very cool.
