The US FDA approved health claim for soy protein say’s “25 grams of soy protein a day as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol may reduce the risk of heart disease.” Based on the protein content of the soy food products which are to be included in th e diet plan to get 25 grams protein from the products. That should also provide 30-50 mg of isoflavones too.
