How much skill is required to install a Duchy Steam Room / Sauna Room?
Depending on your DIY Ability the duchy units are quite simple to install. As long as your plumber has installed hot and cold water feeds at the right locations to connect to the back of the units braided hoses, installation is very straight forward. One important check before connecting your steam room up with your water supply is to ensure that no debris has collected within the pipes during the preparation on the installation. Ensure your plumber has run water through these pipes into a bucket to flush out any loose debris. All Duchy Steam Rooms / Sauna Rooms are supplied with a pre-installed flexible wastes hose that needs to be fed into a rigid waste pipe. The Steam Shower on all Duchy Units requires the installation of a 16 Amp power supply which should be connected to either an existing RCD or the RCD in the consumer box.
