How much should my 2 year old be eating?

0

Two year olds are often picky. Make sure that she gets some raw fruit and some vegetables every day. She may not eat much, but keep trying. She will eat what her body needs, not what you think that she needs. Eggs are good, as they are the standard by which other proteins are measured. As long as she doesn’t get too many infections, colds, etc., she’s fine. You don’t want her fat. Think how awful it would be to have a little one that won’t stop eating at two and is already fat! You have a healthy two year old. You’re lucky!

Your two year old eats more than my 3 year old! If they aren’t going through a growth spurt, children won’t eat much at all. I think she is probably just a small child. Don’t stress out too much. If she is hungry she will eat.
