How much should i haggle for this guitar at guitar center?

You probably won’t be able to get it for $290, since Guitar Center had to lower its prices a few years ago to compete with online sellers like Musician’s Friend. It’s still worth trying, since you may be able to knock $20 or $30 off the tagged price. Nobody I know has had much success haggling at Guitar Center in recent years, but I’m sure the economy has pinched them, too, so their policies might be changing. But the amount of profit they collect on a $350 guitar isn’t going to be much, so it’s unlikely they’ll be able to come down $60. By the way, that’s a gorgeous guitar! I played one at Guitar Center last year when I was shopping for a new acoustic-electric and couldn’t believe a guitar that nice could possibly sell for less than $500. I wound up buying one of the exotic wood ones, since I needed a guitar with a huge body, but if I get the itch to buy another guitar, I’m getting the exact one you chose. You’ve got great taste!
