I would put in about 3 medium crickets, and if it eats all of them quickly, then add 3 more. The goal is to feed just enough, without over feeding. At 5 inches, 6 dusted crickets should be enough, if fed every other day. A few things to keep in mind; LG’s only eat when they are hungry, keep a small dish of just calcium (no additional vitamins added to the calcium) in the habitat, dust your crickets just before feeding them to your LG’s any kind of worm is a treat, they provide no nutritional value, and are high in fat.
