How much semi-skimmed milk do I have to drink before I have reached my RDA of protein?
Don’t supplement on your protein intake with milk. You’ll get far too much calcium and screw your heart up after a few years by depleting your magnesium supply. Do yourself a favour and just crack open a can of Tuna and fork that into your mouth. There’s about 25g’s of protein in a can and that’s about the right amount your body can at one time assimilate.
