How much saturated fat and calories does each chinese dumplings have?
A lot of items can be broadly classified as Chinese dumplings. You didn’t mention what kind of dumplings or what’s the filling inside. Fat – 3.6 Jiao Zi (this particular low calorie count may be due to veggie filling instead of pork) Calories – 69 Sat. Fat – 3.8 On the internet there are differing calorie counts for many dim sum items, for example some have much lower figures. Certainly different locations will make it differently, but my guess is that a major factor has to do with the location’s preference for either lean or slightly fatty meat.
