5-10 ug of total RNA in 10 l RNase-free water; 1-3 ug of mRNA in 10 l RNase-free water; 15 ug of fragmented RNA in 40 l. For total RNA we also do Agilent RNA quality check, so please also bring 3ul aliquots in seperate tubes.
