How much retronectin should be used to coat the inside “AC” (Adherent Cell) bags?
A minimum of 5 micrograms per square centimeter of bag surface. Keep in mind that enough retronectin must be added to coat both top and bottom of the interior of the bag. Accordingly add enough retronectin for both surfaces. It is believed that best transduction results are obtained if the retronectin is allowed to attach for two hours at room temperature or 30 minutes at 37 degrees.
