How much retraining is going to have to take place?
This depends on the organization and its personnel. At a minimum, each individual in the organization must have a basic understanding of BPE/BPT, and this may only take one or two days of training. Outside the basic training, training in statistical methods and data analysis may be required depending on the nature of the business and the data being analyzed.
