A feed-in tariff model combined with right to access to the grid and with certainty about regulation is not about targets or limits. It’s about creating certainty around the investor climate that if you are willing to make the investment we will buy the power. If the project is economic, we will connect it. And we will do so in a faster fashion than it’s been done before. Targets are about limits.
