How much reinforcement is needed for the work done in sessions?

0

This might be hard to believe but our work does not require any reinforcement for one simple reasonit involves changing your beliefs on the deepest level. When you form a belief such as, “the short game is very hard to master” and it becomes the truth for you, the learning involved will stay with you whether you remember the experiences that taught you the belief or not. When you get rid of the belief the same process happens in reverse. Even if you don’t remember what you discussed in our sessions the effects of not having a particular belief will remain with you as long as you live.
