How much real estate commission is paid?
We do not take any of the real estate commission. We ask that you get a 6% commission on your listing agreement, or go back to the homeowner to get the commission increased to 6%. This can get reduced to 4 or 5 percent. Occasionally, especially if there are delays or a large number of liens, the commission can, in a few instances, be reduced further. This is rare, however.
