16MB as standard, though it’s upgradeable to 32MB with an optional 16MB DIMM from (Expansys). Also note that 1.6MB is initially taken my the O/S without any applications running. Running applications will use more RAM from the remaining 14756 KB, leaving whatever is left as Internal disk space. It’s for this reason the size of the Internal disk can vary as the system uses more RAM.
