How much RAM can Window XP 64-bit support at most?

windows xp 64 bit can hold up to 16gb,most xp users using normal 32bit machines dont realise that xp under 32bit can only hold 4gb,and some motherboards hold between 4 and 16gb anything past 16gb im not sure but i dont reckon you will find a motherboard that can hold over 16gb anyway while on the subject of windows xp 64bit i downloaded this the other day,its a version of xp pro 64bit(180 day trial)..http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/64bit… comes as a i.s.o file so you will need to use nero or roxio and burn this image to disk(use a cd-r as the file is 550mb) it will come in handy as a emergency, the product key is sent with the notification e-mail i hope this helps
