How much quantity of cold (soft e,g. PEPSI etc) drink can a healthy person take daily?

Caffeinated colored soft drinks are never ideal. They fall under that “fats and sweets” portion of the food pyramid. If you really have a hankering for that type of drink, stick to the clear diet kinds, like diet sprite, diet 7-up, diet sierra mist, etc. Those are the lesser of two evils. But really a truly healthy person should avoid soft drinks. There are few if any health benefits, and several negatives. But cold juices can be good, but they also contain a lot of sugar. Moderation is the key to health. You can have too much of just about anything and it’s unhealthy. Basically, ideally the answer is none, but having one isn’t going to hurt. Also, it depends on your definition of “healthy” to a certain extent.
