How Much Protein the Body Need?
The need of you body for protein is detected due to two main factors: muscle mass and type and amount of its activities. The common sense works perfectly here: the muscles you have, the more protein you need; the harder your workouts, the more protein you need. When you overload your muscles, it’s partially destroyed so protein in you body plummets. In order to keep it on the same level and even increase to help rebuild muscles you need to provide your body with it. The doze varies from 0,7 to 2 grams per pound of bodyweight, depending on skeleton type and training intensity. Still, you can occasionally discover some anti-protein articles, even based on certain scientific studies. You can take them into consideration and choose the right doze of protein or exclude it from your training program at all, but evaluate all pros and contras first.
