How much property is needed for right of way purposes?
Near the Keystone Avenue interchange, 25 parcels of land are affected, either temporarily (during construction only) or permanently. Of those 25 parcels, three are residential relocations. On I-465 from 75th Street to Fall Creek, as well as in the area near the 82nd Street bridge over I-465, no parcels of land will be affected. On 75th Street, 14 parcels of land are affected, with INDOT purchasing small strips to widen 75th Street from two lanes to four through lanes and a center dual turn lane. For the I-465/Allisonville Road interchange, eight parcels are affected, with INDOT purchasing small strips of land to accommodate the new interchange configuration.
