• Laitram’s product line includes peeling equipment for warm-water shrimp species and cold-water species. The Warm Water Shrimp Peeling System can process approximately 1,000 lbs. per hour of head-on shrimp. The Cold Water Peeling System can process approximately 750 lbs. per hour of head-on shrimp.
