How much pasta do I cook?
If you eat medium to large portions start with the 2 oz. suggested serving size. If you’re like me then double that. Left overs can easily make another dish or even a simple pasta salad. Dried pasta roughly doubles in size when cooked and those serving sizes on your box are most likely uncooked portions. Just eyeball it and look at what looks right for half the amount you feel like eating. Thats what I do and it works well for me but you are different from me so its only a suggestion.
