How much oil is produced through the CO2 Enhanced Oil Recovery at Weyburn?
At the time the Weyburn partners approved the project in mid-1997, Unit production was approximately 21,000 barrels per day. With continued roll-out of the CO2 flood, it is anticipated that production could reach 30,000 barrels per day by 2008, compared to 10,000 barrels per day if the flood had not proceeded.
