How much of the business does John Phillips have?
RASPANTI: John Phillips is a pioneer in the qui tam bar. He and his firm has done great work in this field and should be commended for all their efforts. I have worked closely with them in the past. John was one of the first people to get involved, and was instrumental in getting the amendments in 1986 passed. As to how much of the business they have, I have no idea. They certainly are one of the premiere, if not the premiere qui tam law firm in the United States. But I couldn’t tell you what their market share is.
