A. All of Hebron is accessible to Arabs on both sides of the city, barring about a half a kilometer, from Beit Hadassah to the Avraham Avinu neighborhood. This has been closed to Arabs by the IDF due to security considerations. Alternate routes for Arabs residents have been provided.
