How much of a speed increase should I expect from using TweakMASTER?
During TweakMASTER beta testing and from actual users’ feedback, some broadband (Cable modem and ADSL) connections’ throughput increased by as much as 5 times, and regular phoneline modems as much as tripled. Keep in mind that you can only optimize your end of an Internet connection, and your throughput is also affected by the feed your ISP is providing, the congestion of the backbones they connect through, the state of the Internet at the moment, etc. With all this in mind, most users should typically expect between a 30% and 80% speed boost, although much higher numbers are not uncommon.
