How much notice do I have to give if I wish to vacate early / terminate my agreement before the natural termination period?
You are responsible for the full term of your agreement period. If you choose to vacate Home @ Flinders before the end of your licence period, there will be penalty fee to recover any loss because of the termination prior to the date of termination. During check-in, our representative will explain the penalty involve as a result of early termination.
