How much more is a home with a finished basement worth compared to similar homes?

We bought this house 3 years ago and the basement was finished already. It had a 4th bedroom/office, a family room, a 3/4 bathroom and an area that we use as an arts and crafts area but a stove can be added and make it a second kitchen because it has a sink and cabinets. The basement is not a walkout. I’m just curious as to how much more that would be worth compared to a house without a finished basement or one with a finished basment but no extra bathroom.
